Tofu Pud

 

This is an old recipe that I have updated to make it even more scrumptious.

This recipe has NO SUGAR, is gluten free, dairy free and freakin tastes amazing!

Tofu Chocolate Pudding

Aprons on and let’s get down to business…

What you need:

  • 250g Silken Tofu
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Cacao (good quality cocoa will do)
  • 1 tablespoon of Clean Fitness-mojo protein powder (found HERE)  or other clean protein powder of choice
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of mixed spice
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Vanilla powder

Place all ingredient in a mixing bowl and using a hand held blender, blend until smooth and pudding consistency.

Place in the fridge for an hour or so.

Serve chilled.

I garnished mine with Pepita seeds, cacao nibs and a few walnuts. Add a sprinkle of more mixed spice.

Cacao is very rich in antioxidants. Four times more than Goji berries and forty times more than Blueberries. Cacoa is also one of the richest sources of magnesium in the world. Cacoa stimulates the feelings of happiness and wellbeing. Now that makes Cacao amazing!
